We provide a family-directed model that allows families to individually select caregivers, which provides greater continuity in caregiver relationships. This model also enables families to make decisions and direct the care needed.

• Caregivers have extensive experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease and other types of Dementia, as well as a variety of other chronic and progressive medical conditions.
• Caregivers undergo a comprehensive interview and screening process including finger printing, national criminal background, and driving record check.
• All caregivers are fully bonded and insured for liability.
• All caregivers are listed on the Illinois Department of Public Health – Healthcare Worker Registry.
